5. AI Processing

- Approved business knowledge;

The information is processed to provide the requested AI functionality.
TwiseReply does not intentionally use customer business content to train or improve AI models shared with other customers.
AI providers and models may vary depending on your subscription plan or feature.
6. Human Review
TwiseReply generates reply suggestions.
TwiseReply does not independently communicate with your customers or automatically send generated replies unless a future feature expressly provides otherwise and is separately authorized by the user.
Users must review and manually submit the final message.
7. Confidential Business Information
Users must not intentionally submit confidential business information that they are not authorized to disclose to TwiseReply or its service providers.
This includes:
- Trade secrets;
- Confidential strategies;
- Passwords;
- API keys;
- Access tokens;
- Private keys;

You may manually delete uploaded documents, imported content, knowledge-base items, and other user-provided content through the Service where the applicable deletion function is available.
When you delete user-provided content, we remove the content from the active systems used to provide the Service.
If you request permanent account deletion by contacting support@twisereply.com, we will delete your account and associated personal information and user-provided content from our active systems after verifying the request.
After account deletion is completed, we do not retain the account's personal information or user-provided content in our active production systems, except where certain information must or may be retained under applicable law or for legitimate purposes such as:
- Tax and accounting requirements;
- Fraud prevention;
- Security;
- Dispute resolution;

- Enforcement of agreements;

Information that remains in backups or disaster-recovery systems may persist temporarily and will be deleted or overwritten in accordance with our backup retention procedures.
