1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the ReviewWise AI dashboard or browser extension (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. The Service
ReviewWise AI helps you draft reply suggestions for customer reviews and messages using knowledge you have explicitly approved. Reply suggestions are generated automatically and may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing every reply before it is sent or published.
3. Accounts & security
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse rate limits, or attempt to access another workspace's data without authorization.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the business content, documents, and knowledge you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service for you (e.g. to generate reply suggestions). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the content you provide.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to publish false, defamatory, or illegal content; (b) attempt to bypass domain allowlists, rate limits, or plan quotas; (c) reverse-engineer or resell the Service without our written permission; (d) use the Service to process another party's data without their consent.
6. Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at checkout. Plan limits (businesses, replies, imports, storage) are enforced as described in your plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features. See our [Refund Policy] for cancellation details.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated replies are accurate, appropriate, or compliant with any particular law or platform policy — you are solely responsible for reviewing and approving every reply before it is used.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewWise AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
