Refund Policy

Last updated: August 8, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to paid TwiseReply subscriptions.

1. Billing

Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed in advance at the beginning of each applicable billing period.

2. Cancellation

Customers may cancel future subscription renewals at any time.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation does not create a right to a refund for the current billing period.

You will normally retain access to paid features until the end of the current paid billing period.

Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically delete your account or the information associated with your account.

3. Deletion of User Content

You may manually delete uploaded documents, imported content, knowledge-base items, and other user-provided content through the Service where the applicable deletion function is available.

When you delete user-provided content, TwiseReply will remove that content from the active systems used to provide the Service.

Deleted content may remain temporarily in backups or other systems where necessary for security, disaster recovery, legal compliance, or other legitimate operational purposes, and will be removed in accordance with our applicable retention and deletion procedures.

4. Account Deletion

If you want to permanently delete your TwiseReply account, please contact:

support@twisereply.com

After verifying the request, we will delete the account and associated user information and user-provided content from our active systems.

Once the account deletion process has been completed, TwiseReply will no longer retain the account's personal information or user-provided content, except where certain information must or may be retained under applicable law, for example for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance purposes.

Account deletion does not create a right to a refund for a current subscription period unless a refund is required by applicable law.

5. Refunds

Paid subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except where applicable law requires a refund, cancellation right, withdrawal right, price adjustment, or other remedy.

This applies to:

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts mandatory legal rights.
